Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns, because we understand that sometimes plans change.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Returned in original packaging
• With tags still attached
• Free from dirt, marks, or signs of use

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
